Welcome to our corner of the #noCode community!

Who we are!

Bringing it to the basics, similarly as Skinner was a tinkerer and created tools like the first Teaching Machine, the Cumulative Recorder, and the automated Operant Chamber, all hot technologies at the time you too can learn to build things with today's hot technology mentioned above!

We are a community of behavior analysts who are passionate about coding. The ability to blend behavioral science with data or computer science used to require 2 people. The behavior analyst who provided the data, and another person to create a program to analyze the data. Welcome to the world of noCode and lowCode.

Learning to code can take a long time when it is not your main profession. It may be even feel frustrating at times. However, when you utilize noCode tools, you will be able to crush that learning curve and begin building actual products the same day!

The lines of code above are what power the green welcome box. Learning to write code is cool, but time consuming, and is not what we will be focused on here.

We will stay focused exclusively on #noCode and #lowCode tools that behavior analysts may find useful!

>_WhatIsNoCode?

NoCode is the future. NoCode platforms empower individuals like yourself with a set of easy to use tools which provide a way to build web and mobile apps without writing code. What typically occurs is that you want to build an app (mobile, web, etc) but you don’t know how to write a single line of code.

Instead of going out and hiring a developer, paying a boat load of money, going through frustrating Zoom meetings, and iterations , you use a platform to build it and deploy it. Instead of building your layout with code, you typically drag and drop components or parts of an application.

Static Site Builders

A static website contains Web pages with fixed content. Each page is coded in HTML and displays the same information to every visitor. Static sites are the most basic type of website and are the easiest to create. Unlike dynamic websites, they do not require any Web programming or database design.

There are MANY other site builders that come to mind I have not included here. There is a reason. They were either not as easy/intuitive as those listed, they cost too much to sample, or perhaps I just haven't seen them yet. The platforms listed below will be plenty to get you started!

Dorik

This website was made with dorik. Create a website that you can export or host on a Dorik server for free. This is a perfect solution to get you up and running with your first or 100th website. These can be used to drum up interest, share you latest research, recruit participants, conduct surveys, and countless other things.

Remember though, these are not intended for complex apps.
